Terms of Service
The rules of the road. By using Lodestar you agree to these terms; if you don't, please don't use the service.
By accessing or using Lodestar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Lodestar is a bet register for product managers. It provides tools to log product hypotheses, track confidence levels, set kill signals, and analyze roadmap content for inflated language. The service is provided on an “as is” basis and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
You must authenticate via Google OAuth to use the application. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.
You agree not to use Lodestar for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit malicious content.
The Lodestar service, including its design, code, and brand assets, is owned by Lodestar. Content you create within the application (bets, registers, roadmap analyses) remains your intellectual property. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lodestar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Lodestar at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time through the application settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
